Why use Namingo for ICANN Accreditation?
We help domain businesses navigate ICANN accreditation with clarity and confidence. Our approach makes the process structured, transparent, and easy to complete without endless back-and-forth.
Real-world ICANN experience
We’ve helped many registrars get ICANN accredited and know how registries operate. With decades of industry experience, we deliver ready-to-submit documentation, not just templates.
From documents to full setup
We handle both policy and technology. After preparing your documentation, we help set up your registrar platform, integrate escrow, configure RDAP, and ensure your sync scripts and systems meet full ICANN compliance.
Built to work with your stack
Using Namingo, WHMCS, FOSSBilling, or Loom is fully supported in our main package with full setup and integration help. If you use an in-house or other platform, the any-platform option is built to match your setup.
How the Accreditation Process Works
Every project is slightly different, but most ICANN accreditation engagements follow these phases.
Preparation
You confirm your company meets ICANN’s fee and financial criteria, complete a short questionnaire, and provide incorporation documents.
Documentation
We prepare all required application materials for your review, then you submit the completed package to ICANN.
Application Process
We help you track your application progress and respond to ICANN’s clarification requests quickly and accurately.
Post-Approval Setup
After approval, we assist with onboarding materials, Namingo setup, and configuration of all required registrar tools.
Exact scope and timeline depend on your starting point and chosen package. We’ll adjust details together before work begins.
Choose Your Package
All options follow the same structured process.

ICANN Accreditation – Any Platform
For registrars using in-house systems or other platforms, the any-platform option is built to match your setup and ensure full ICANN compliance.
Accreditation Transfer Support
For buyers of an existing ICANN-accredited registrar. We guide you through the transfer process and prepare the required documents for ICANN.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (if any). Larger or more complex setups may require an adjusted scope; we will confirm this before work starts.
Questions before you order?
We’re happy to clarify scope, timing, or technical details. Send a short email with who you are, your current setup, and where you are in the accreditation process.
How long does it take?
Our preparation phase usually takes about a week, depending on how ready your materials are. After submission, ICANN’s review and approval process typically takes between one and three months.
Do you talk to ICANN for us?
You remain the official contact with ICANN, but we help you draft answers, structure explanations, and understand what ICANN is asking for.
Can we extend the scope later?
Yes. If you need additional help (e.g. OT&E with specific registries, extra policy work), we can continue on an hourly basis or under a separate agreement.
